MAYA SARAF

Chairman, Sthenos Cement

Maya, who belongs to a prominent business family, has vast experience in running the family business. Her 'never-give-up' attitude has helped Maya become a pillar of strength for the Abhinna family. She has built the empire with passion and determination. She introduced the "Profit with a purpose" concept and has been spearheading the CSR activities of the company with special focus on women empowerment.

RAMAKANT SARAF

Mentor and Co-Founder

After an illustrious two-decade long journey with Hindustan Motors, Mr. Ramakant Saraf, co-founded the Abhinna Group. Being it's Director (Finance), he closely monitors the Group's finance function and closely works with the mergers and acquisition team – a function in which he is the ultimate decision-maker.

NOORJAHAN MUHAMMAD

Mentor

Noorjahan Muhammad hails from a prominent business family. She is the mentor and inspiration for many budding entrepreneurs. Having spent a substantial part of her life in the Middle Eastern countries, she focuses on social entrepreneurship. She is also involved in various charitable activities, including the empowerment of rural women.

SUPRATIM CHOWDHURY

Chief-Operating officer

Supratim Choudhury manages the administrative functioning of the Group. An architect by profession, he is closely involved in various real estate infrastructural and institutional projects, both in government and private sector, in India and abroad. He is also associated with Ernst & Young, IFC Media Hospitals and Tata Steel as a technical consultant.
